Leaves are turning brown and giving us the most spectacular show of colour. Welcome Autumn…
Jen is busy knitting herself a hat for winter, it’s the Earflap Hat by The Sitting Tree.
I baked peanut butter biscuits. I love having a biscuit or two with my tea, don’t you?
The veggie beds have been dug over and compost has been added. I’m hoping to mend a few of the sides of these raised wooden veggie beds this weekend.
Happy Equinox to all in the north and the south!
Hello Linda,
Happy Autumn to you and your family!
Also, I didn’t get a chance to visit yesterday, but that shawl is just beautiful.
Love, Tonya
Thanks so much Tonya! 🙂
It’s so funny to me to see your season turning to autumn since I am looking forward to the sunny days of spring here in the Capital District of NY. I must admit though, I am envious. Winter is my favorite time of year when I can curl up in front of a warm fire and knit my favorite wools!
Is a peanut butter biscuits like peanut butter cookies? When I googled peanut butter biscuits they were for dogs.
They really look terrific.
Yes, it’s the same as peanut butter biscuits:)
Ooh – one of our favourites – peanut butter biscuits – yum. We are still lingering in winter, which is successfully making my feet really cold! We have loads of snow promised for tomorrow….what happened to spring!
I need to work on my raised vegetable beds too – the winter weather has really done it’s worst!
Love your photos, especially the sunlight through the leaves. It is strange that you are going autumnal, while in England we are desperately looking for signs of spring. Although this year it seems quite difficult to shake off winter.
We are starting to feel a slight chill and the sun is rising later now. Beautiful days. Tasty biscuits, Linda!
What a lovely day in pictures 🙂
It’s funny to read about your preparations for winter and here in Wisconsin we are impatiently waiting for winter to loosen its grip and let spring burst on the scene. The folks are out tapping the maples to see if the sap is running yet and hoping that the angle of the sun will melt all the snow that has accumulated. Autumn is one of my favorite seasons and I can enjoy it twice through your photos. Hugs!
Can you believe we got snow again today?
