I’m really enjoying these Hydranges flowers right now and always try to have a small bouquet of them on my dining room table.

Stephanie, (just love those fat rolls…)
Finally the rain has stopped, the sun is shining and oh so warm, it’s amazing how low your spirits start to feel after a couple of days of dull, rainy weather… We went out shopping this morning to buy the last odds and ends for Jenna and Erin’s 20 km scout hike, they’ll be off for the next three days, I’m going to miss my girls! We’ve been looking everywhere for actual waterproof rain jackets and found them today at the last place we looked, Trappers Trading, they’re called Mac in a Sac. I’m so relieved we found them, there’s rain forecast for the next few days and I want the girls to keep as warm and dry as possible.
The chickens and rabbits are all so pleased to be basking in the warm sun but the rain will soon be returning, possibly later this afternoon.
I’m really grateful for our menagerie of pets, they make life so much more interesting and enjoyable…
Did you see we have apples! They got a little pummeled by the last three hail storms but seem to have survived, just think, next year we could possibly have a tree full of them and they are already smelling incredibly sweet!
Hope you are having a lovely day.
PS I’ve compiled a Christmas Nativity Pattern Collection and I have it on special on my Etsy shop for the next few days:)

Benjamin loves bunnies! It is always so fun to see your lovely weather, as opposed to our snow!
Hi Linda,
How refreshing to see flowers blooming and I adore your nativity set! Aloha, Lori
What a lovely garden! We are in the process of trying to get chickens. It is winter here though so we are going to wait until spring. If we are smart we will have the coop built before they arrive! Love your patterns.
