Christmas Ornament Swap 2013

I can’t believe Christmas is only a few weeks away and thought how lovely it would be to have another Christmas Ornament Swap. Last year’s swap was just wonderful and everyone who took part enjoyed it tremendously!

This year’s theme is Christmas ornaments, it can be an ornament for a tree or anything related to Christmas. You can send off one item or a few and please do contact your swap partner and get to know them and if you would like to include a few extra items, that’s totally up to you.

Natural Suburbia Christmas Ornament Swap 2012

Right, the girls have been taken to rehearsals for their town play and I have finished preparing a roast chicken for lunch, it’s in the oven, such an amazing recipe and smells amazing! I just Googled Jamie Oliver Roast Chicken and there it was! Anyway now I can sit down and tell you all about the Christmas Ornamnet Swap:)

I love the season of Christmas and can you believe that it’s just around the corner? I am sure many of you have already started your handmade Christmas gifts for family and friends. I want to try and make each family member at least one handmade gift, but we will see…

Last years swap was so much fun so I am very keen have another one now in 2012.

If you would like to sign up for the swap here are a few guidelines:

-this is an international swap open to everyone.

-the theme for the swap is Christmas ornaments, you can use any craft technique as long as it has a Christmas ornament theme.

-If you would like to add a few extra items to your parcel this is totally up to you.

Gorgeous Valentine Swap item photos…

Sarah’s bunting hangs in our lounge above our fireplace and I see it whenever I walk to the kitchen, it makes me happy…

I am so grateful and honoured to have received these amazing swap items from my swap partner Sarah for the Valentine Swap. Such beautiful treasures, thank you Sarah you are very kind:) The photo on your card is so lovely.

Today I have been working on my swan pattern, I am still busy with the feet and wings:)

This swap is open to everyone worldwide.

Theme:
The theme for this swap is Valentines day, you can use any kind of craft, knitting, crochet, sewing, painting etc… anything crafty to make your swap item, so long as as it relates to Valentine’s day. If you feel you would like to add a few small items to your swap parcel, please feel free to do so, it’s not a requirement though. Once swap partners have been paired up, I will email you the details.
