Morning Light and a Sad Story

Morning Light

The light this morning was just so wonderful shining off this bowl of fresh lemons, I had to share it…

Thanks to everyone who has written to me about my blog being down, I really appreciate your concern, it has been over a week long struggle. The hosting company that has been hosting Natural Suburbia has been under a relentless  DDos program attack on their servers and we were informed yesterday, that because of this attack they have no other option but to close down. They have been so wonderful to work with and it was with a heavy heart that I went searching for another hosting company yesterday. A lovely friend of mine recommended a new host and they have been so supportive throughout the move. My blog is now on their new servers and all is well again. I do feel very sad that my previous hosting company has to close its doors. The owner is such an honourable and kind woman and to think that her livelihood is being taken away by these people who feel the need to continually hack and attack websites and servers, who knows why, is beyond my understanding…

Wishing you a glorious day.

Natural Suburbia is Moving to WordPress

Hello friends,

I am writing this post to let you know that Natural Suburbia will soon be migrating from Blogger to WordPress. I have been considering this for quite some time and over the last few weeks, I made the decision go ahead. The knowledge of having more control of my blog content over at WordPress eases my mind and has made the decision an easy one to make.

My blog should still show up in your blog roll and if you are subscribed to my Feedburner account, my blog updates will still be delivered to your email inbox. The only difference is that I will no longer have Google Friend Connect on my blog, the Follow gadget, but you will still get my blog updates from there when you view the updates to the blogs that you follow.

If you would like to follow my blog, just subscribe via the Feedburner gadget, it’s in the left sidebar of this blog and will be on the WordPress blog too. All your have to do is add your email address and my post updates will be delivered to your email inbox.

My blog address will still remain exactly the same www.naturalsuburbia.com and I have been assured that this transition will be seamless and the change will hardly be evident.

Wishing you a lovely Sunday
Warmly
Linda
