Hi Linda
What a lovely birthday gift and just perfect for you! Happy spinning alongside Jenna. I love that african sun coloured lion – I can just imagine him prowling about on the vast savannah!
Have a great weekend!
I love seeing your world opening up as our is in the process of closing down for winter. The apple blossom is lovely. And eek..that lion is TOO adorable! What a wonderful present is the spinning wheel! I hope you enjoy it. 🙂
Haha! Linda, after my dying experiment last week I just don’t see flowers the same anymore. I’m always thinking “I wonder what color I would get….”
I love your garden gate, and I LOVE the little lion!!
Spring looks lovely where you are. Cute lion! 🙂
Beautiful post! It is so wonderful to see your spring as our season turns to autumn. Blessings!
The wisteria is so beautiful. And I love the color of the Simon the lion.
What an exciting birthday present! Happy spinning!
Hello everyone,
Thanks so much for all your lovely comments about Simon the lion, I really loved writing that pattern for him 🙂 He is already on his way to France to his new home, but I am busy with another one.
I feel very lucky to have received this lovely present from Richard and Jenna has actually set the entire wheel up for me, it was a lovely process for her…
Beth, I am so excited about you dyeing with flowers, I know exactly what you mean. Everything is seen with new eyes now. I also look at everything and think about what colour I could possibly get. Isn’t it exciting! I am so looking forward to seeing what you dye. I will blog the skeins I dyed from my lovely husband’s boquet he gave me for Spring.
Warmly
Linda
Linda, the wisteria is so pretty. The picture of your garden gate with the sunlight streaming is gorgeous. Happy spring to you.
