Portrait Sunday
Our Snowdrops are emerging slowly from the soil, I just love them, to me they signify the new hope of Spring around the corner…
Today we have all spent time with my dad in hospital, he is doing much better, still weak but sooo much better. He will be moving to a step-down rehabilitation center tomorrow for two weeks of care and exercise, to give him back his strength and then he will return home. Thank you so much for your thoughts and prayers, he has come so far and still has a long way to go, but I can see that he will get there…
Wishing you a peaceful Sunday, I am finishing off knitting my Cotswold Cowl this afternoon…
PS Rachel’s lovely giveaway from her shop Little Woodlanders is still running, you can enter here.
Portrait Sunday, Egg Collecting
I love that I can go outside and collect eggs from our chicken coop each day… I really need an apron for this, but a shirt works just as well… Each egg has its very own colour, shape and texture. I am so grateful for these precious gifts from our chickens…
