Hi Linda, thank you for creative friday. I have added a post of my new knitted seasonal horse called Winter. I make all my knitted animals from organic cotton. It was great to read your post about using less meat in your cooking, and trying to reduce your carbon footprint, great work! My children and I are vegan and we are aiming to grow a more sustainable vege garden, we are just about to plant our biggest garlic bed yet, I’m really hoping to grow enough to last the year this time round!
    Warm regards
    Danielle

      Hi Danielle,

      You are welcome!
      Your horse is so beautiful.

We have also planted quite a lot of garlic, it has already started to sprout.

I kind of bungled this up this week as I’m posting my link from Monday! I’ll try and schedule better because I really try and follow the rules and provide a link back HERE, so I’ll plan better for the future. Thanks so much for even doing this!
