Hello there,
It’s such a busy time of year here, my oldest daughter has just passed her second year of Chiropractic! Yay!! I’m so very proud of her 🙂 My second oldest has just passed her drivers test (wow! lovely!) and is busy with her matric finals! So much going on, time is flying and Christmas is almost here. Kye painted this beautiful painting on Friday and has decided that he quite likes to paint now, I love how it turned out, it’s hanging up in the dining room for everyone to see.
I’ve been wanting to knit a fox pattern for the longest time, so here he is, almost done, I just need to knit his tail. He also needs a name, so if you have any suggestions, please post in the comments.
Happy weekend!
🙂
Congratulations everyone 🙂 that fox is very cute. I would call it Freddie – could be male or female 😉
Thanks so much Liz!
Hi!
I miss your newsletters.
Tell Kye that i love his painting.
Thank you Ariella, I will tell Kye 🙂
Nice painting!!! Such a cute fox 🙂 Congratulations to your daughter.
I, too, miss you and your newsletters ..
sending you good wishes
Thanks so much Helen! 🙂
I’ve been thinking of you lately, for the last month really. Right now I’m listening to a Johnny Clegg cd I bought at his concert when he passed through our town (in the US) on his final world tour. I can’t stop playing his music (highly recommend others give a listen, too). Anyway, you’re the only other connection I have to South Africa, and I enjoy the ability to see, and hear, from someplace on the other side of the world, and muse over the things we have in common and the differences that enrich our lives. I, also, miss your newsletters and hearing what the kids, cats, and parents are doing. All your children’s accomplishments are a testament to your guidance and teaching skills. Well done!
Love the painting, Kye! The perfect illustration for, “Spirit of the Great Heart” that I’m listening to at this moment.
Hi Cathy,
We recently had a farewell concert for Johnny Clegg here in Johannesburg.
Thanks so much for your kind message 🙂
Take care
Linda
Add me to the list as I also enjoy and miss your newsletters,
Thanks so much Nance! 🙂
Just found your website.
Great little patterns you have. I love mini’s to make them into lavender’pals’.
They are a little gift for my customers who are buying sockyarn.
Just saw your little fox. Hope that I can make that little pattern also sometimes.
Hopefully you all are doing fine.
Have a great and blessed day.
Greetings from the Netherlands.
