I’ve just finished designing my Moulin Rouge Cowl! It’s terribly cold here in South Africa at the moment and this snug cowl is perfect for keeping my neck toasty warm. I’ve knitted it up with Nurturing Fibres DK singles yarn, such a beautiful yarn!! I will be test knitting the pattern soon on my Ravelry group. This cowl is lovely and wide and the pattern is knitted in groups of 5, so lengthening or shortening this cowl is really easy Thanks to all the knitters who have offered to test knit for me on the test knitters list, I really appreciate it:)
Richard has been in Spain since Monday and the girls left this morning for a Springbok Scout hike. It’s just myself and the boys until Sunday when the girls return, Rich will be back on Tuesday. I miss them all SO much already, the house is really quiet. I’ve been spinning and watching the Tour de France and knitting. (I’m very grateful for this time I’m having for myself too.)
Happy Thursday!

beautiful cowl – love the drop stitch (whatever that might be in knit) and the color is totally fab! Enjoy your solitude while it lasts and stay warm!
Thanks so much:)
