   Way to go Linda!!!! Just came back from a Cruise and took a bike tour on one of the islands and it almost killed me. I need to get back in shape for sure!!! Good Luck and have fun. The only good thing about my bike tour (other than the beautiful scenery) was the swim at the end of the trail in the Beautiful Aqua Colored water of the Caribbean. TaTa for Now!
