Easter Eggs, knitted

Easter Egg Pattern

I haven’t posted much this week, everyone has flu except me and I really hope I don’t get it. I am making plenty of honey, lemon, ginger and Rooibos tea to sooth sore throats. Caiden and Kye are sleeping on the couches and the girls are in bed. Jen has lost her voice and has two speeches due for her school work  that we need to submit to Brainline, one for today and one for Sunday, I’m not quite sure how that’s going to work yet though.

I have added a link to an Easter Egg pattern I designed a few years ago, it also includes a tutorial for the Magic Loop technique.

The test knit for my Seaglass Cowl is live on my Ravelry group today, just pop over there if you would like to knit the cowl and let me know in the thread. All the criteria for the knit have been added there too.

Have a great weekend.

Welcome to Creative Friday,

Please feel free to post your links to anything you have created and would like to share, it can be a recipe, sewing tutorial, knitting tutorial, felting, crochet, crafts, art, spinning, weaving, working with fibre, photography, poetry…etc…

I have added a Creative Friday button on the sidebar of my blog, please feel free to add it to your blog for Creative Friday and link it to http://www.naturalsuburbia.com/ so others can find this space and share their creativity too:)

1. I have started a Creative Friday Flickr Group where you can post your beautiful photos that you link to each Creative Friday. To join the group, please go here.

2. If you would be so kind as to link back to Natural Suburbia in your blog post that would be lovely:)

Aww. I remember those eggs! I need to try making them again…last time I did it was when I hadn’t seen eggs in about 15 years (vegan) so their shape was a bit off *ahem*

I hope everyone gets better soon! We just got over it ourselves.

I have started wet felting recently. I really love it so much. The link is to one of my wet felted Easter Eggs. I thought it goes well with your knitted eggs. xo

Received test knit pattern (and knitted half of it already!)–thank you. I will figure out Ravelry stuff (joining a group, posting, etc.) and get on with it by tomorrow. (As you’ve probably surmised I am new at Ravelry, haven’t interacted within it.) Thanks, Pam
