Spinning Wensleydale…

I have been spinning up Wensleydale fiber this weekend, I think it is my favourite fiber to spin! It’s wonderfully LONG….. and spinns up so quickly:) It just slips through your fingers with ease…

These are my two new yarns in my Etsy shop at the moment. The first I have called Meadow and the second, Mauve Rainbow. Happy weekend to you all:)

Forest Dweller – how eloquently she expressed my own heart-felt reaction. But I have to tell you that I laughed outright at your first sentence – all I could think of was Wallace (and Gromet) saying, “Wendsleydale??” And had to make the transition in my brain from cheese to fiber.

Ahhh, so beautiful and soft looking! Linda, don’t you want to come visit Arizona so you can teach me to spin?

Ooooh! I like the mauve rainbow. Beautiful.

Oh, and for the record…. in an earlier post I said that my daughter and I made spring flowers. They were gnomes!!! The hour is late…. 😀
