… He had a wonderful day with many friends visiting, he was given beautiful presents. On the morning of his birthday, I made him a birthday cake board. This will be the beginning of a new birthday tradition in our family. It is a wooden board that the birthday cake rests on with holes for the candles to stand in. This idea was inspired by this lovely blog. I love discovering new traditions and I think this is a very special one for our whole family…
